[oc] ATA-3 Core

We are hoping to utilize the ATA-3 Core in our new product design.  I have downloaded the most recent ATA files (July , and am trying to compile the OCIDEC-3 core using Synplify.  I am getting error messages for the dma_tctrl.vhd stating:
"Can't find library count"; 
"use: count is not a library".

The file dma_tctrl.vhd calls a library count that I don't seem to have; and a component ro_cnt that I don't have a .vhd file for.

Are there pieces missing?
