I'm sorry I don't have it myself.
But, if you try to find it in the Internet,
there is a simple SHA-1 message generator at:
http://www.cryptography.ws/sha-1.htm

Or just refer to sample vector provided by the specification
description:

http://csrc.nist.gov/cryptval/shs/sha1-vectors.zip
