[pci] PCI behavioral models

I looked at your behavioral PCI models which we (Miha and me) would
like to use. Files that we should use are (correct me if I'm wrong):
	- pci_behaviorial_device.v 
	- pci_behaviorial_master.v
	- pci_behaviorial_target.v
	- (pci_test_commander.v )
	- pci_bus_monitor

Can you tell us, if you have already written any document, which can
help us use your behaviorals. If not, would you be so kind to write
us and explain how to use them for our PCI to WB bridge.
