[openrisc] Custom Registers

Dear ppl,

I've just read the arch manual.. and I've got a question about the
custom SPR belonging to groups 24-31.. are these custom SPR meant for
other people to add their own cores into? in any case, does that mean
that the first 32Kb of data memory is reserved for SPR, so, effective
RAM addresses start after 32kb?
