Hi,

No the SBC_ALT is a 4-layer board. The free tools are the free tools from
Altera.

The board can be sold unpopulated for 25 euro (without shipping cost -> this
can be very low as we will send it as a normal letter).

Will put the RAM-extention online this weekend.

oh! i got it wrong it is a 2 layer pcb.isnt it?
what is the price of unassembled in euros?
and lastly it needs which software tool?is it free?
