[oc] xcv800 pcb

I recently, possibly without thinking, bought a xilinx xcv800 fpga in the 
bga560 package. I don't really need any io capabillity for what i am doing. 
so i just need something i can solder it to and hook up the power. Since it 
has 5 nested rows of pins, there doesn't seem to be anyone who can do it. I 
have tried soldering wires on to the pins, but that turned out to be more 
complicated than i could handle. So if anyone knows of a way i could socket 
this thing, get a prototyping board, a layout for a board, or otherwise rig 
it up, i would be a happy man.
