 hello sir 
          i am student of graduation , currently
working on the project in vhdl.
  i have a question regarding vhdl ,i request you to
please mail me the solution for the same ,question is
as 
 1.for the same inputs as bit vectors ,i have
performed
the addition and shift operations.but since shift
operator operate on bit vectors for the same input for
arithmetic operations, i got the error as type
mismatch.
