[oc] Developing a Java Based Microcontroller in Verilog

Hello,

I am an engineer and instructor at UC Irvine for a VLSI course in which my 
students are designing a Synthesizable soft core of a 32 bit Java controller.  
We would be interested in submitting it to the silicon tapeout scheduled for the 
1st anniversary.  What do we need to do and what are the deadlines required?
