[oc] PowerPC-interface and VME-Core

Hello everybody,
how about writing the IP for a PowerPC interface.
Due to the fact, that there are no PowerPC chipsets available (exception 
Apples UMA chip sets), which provide all the needed interfaces for building a 
PC-like PowerPC-Computer, it would be a nice idea to a PowerPC interface
(60X, MaX) which everybody can combine with the interfaces he needs.

There could also be a demand for a VME-Core. VME is a old interface,
but it has also its advantages above PCI. So it would be also a nice addition
to the OpenCores project list.
