[pci] Patch: Define label only once
Hallo,
trying to run the testsuite with Pragmatics Cver, cver told about a lot of
duplicate labels. I geuss defining labels more then once is at least
sloppy. Appended patch uses uniq labels. I hope, I didn't screw upo things.

PS: Cver still has a problem with Xilinx's initialization of their rams, so
I didn't run successfull yet.
