The GAP Charter

The purpose of this project is to implement a set of administrative applications and user level applications using GNUstep. Another aim of this project is to port as many applications from OPENSTEP/Cocoa to GNUstep as possible. Towards this end, the GAP project sometimes speaks to companies which used to sell proprietary software in an effort to facilitate that software being contributed.

Also, the GAP project attempts to port existing OPENSTEP/Cocoa applications which are already Free Software to GNUstep so that they can be used and enjoyed on any platform which supports the GNUstep framework.
