Backbone

What apps have you got?

Well, as of this writing there are three applications officially included in Backbone. They are listed below.

Preferences

Preferences

Preferences is the program with which you define your own personal user experience. Preferences allows you to control your keyboard settings, your fonts, your colors, your time zone, and more. To give you something useful to look at, while it's running it displays a handy clock and calendar in its icon.

Terminal

Terminal

Terminal is your gateway to the UNIX™ or Unix-like system running beneath your Backbone system, and much more. By using "Terminal Services", you can make Terminal do things for other apps, like "run this program", or "word-wrap this text".

TextEdit

TextEdit

TextEdit is a relatively basic text editor. It handles plain text or RTF, has a nice "Wrap to Page" mode, has search/replace functionality, and can display any file as text.
