This directory contains the active files of the committee
 with a span of about 2 meeting-times.

The files are stored in compressed files as they were sent 
out to the members of the group.  Some files are available
on the server, but were not yet mailed.  They will have the
name fut for month.


Compressed files have the following name convention:
                 yymmm[s]v.zip
where:   yy =  the year
        mmm =  the month
          s =  a letter if more than one file was sent 
               in the month
          v =  the version of the files in this file"
               - 6  Word-for-Windows files are in 
                        version V6.0
                    PowerPoint files are in version V4.0
               - 7  Word-for-Windows files are in 
                        version V7.0
                    PowerPoint files are in version V7.0
               - 2  Word-for-Windows files are in 
                         version V2.0
                    PowerPoint files are in version V3.0
                - r  Word-for-Windows and Powerpoint 
                      files in Rich text format
                 - p  all files in portable document format
                       or PDF

To find a document, open doctbl96.pdf or doctbl97.pdf.  
The month of the mailing is given in the column 6, 
"Format of file, disk id".
