[usb] CSR of Function core

Hi,
  I just want some clarifications on the USB Function Core datasheet.
On page 29, the CSR is indicated as a RW register with width 32.  But on
page 31-32, all of the fields are RO.  My questions are:

-- which of the two is correct?
-- are there any field in on the CSR that should be RW?
