[openrisc] New version of or1ksim

A new version of or1ksim has been checked into the CVS repository
on opencores.org. This includes the capability to download files
remotely to the simulator via gdb. You will need the latest updates
to or1ksim and gdb to use this feature.

As of yet, setting a breakpoint does not appear to work. Gdb is
apparently unaware of how to communicate breakpoints via jtag. We
are working on this. Stalling of the cpu, and running the CPU,
as well as setting registers seems to work.
