I agree.  There is no sense in speculation, especially when
it comes to litigation.  I'm fairly sure they DO include the
source (at least according to their web site).  Also, there
is a difference between Bochs running on Linux (presumably
under X windows) and Bochs running on MacOS X (where X is
not the native window system).

It appears that the open source community could benefit from
more cooperation and less sanctimony.  As we used to say in
the "old days of the UNIX republic", stand on eachother's
shoulders, not on eachother's toes.

Their primary added value appears to be a "one mouse click'
installation process.  This could bring open software to
the desktop of people who would be lost with the typical
Linux manual, which is a Good Thing(tm).
