Hello,

in the download section of my homepage a description of the component is 
available and if you are interested (and provide me your e-mail address 
;-)) I will send you the component itself free of charge.

The component converts the wishbone bus to the Altera avalon bus and also 
uses the Altera specific memory structures.
Also a low-level software driver that fits to the Altera plugs-library is 
included.
