[oc] or1200 compilation problem

I run into problem trying to compile or1200:

cd /c/designs/or1k/or1200/rtl/verilog
 iverilog *.v /c/designs/or1k/orp/orp_soc/lib/xilinx/unisims/RAMB4_S2.v 
/c/designs/or1k/orp/orp_soc/lib/xilinx/unisims/RAMB4_S8.v 
/c/designs/or1k/orp/orp_soc/lib/xilinx/unisims/RAMB4_S16_S16.v 
/c/designs/or1k/orp/orp_soc/lib/xilinx/unisims/RAMB4_S16.v 
/c/designs/or1k/orp/orp_soc/lib/xilinx/unisims/RAMB4_S4.v

here is the error message:
