[oc] Buffulo debugger

We are building a Motorola 6811 core and are trying to figure out if we
can put the buffulo debugger into the vhdl code.  Has anyone done that or
tried it?  

Is the buffulo code readily available in vhdl anywhere?  This would
simplify some debugging issues for us if we could get the debugger into
the chip rather than do it externally.  We're having trouble with some of
the ports and haven't built all the components yet.
