[oc] T80 cpu version 0242 released

Hi,
A lot of improvements have been made to T80's Z80 mode since the first
release. Here are the most important:

The size is now comparable to other commercial Z80 cores as it now
compiles to about 10k gates.

Thanks to MikeJ the instruction timing has been verified against a real
Z80 and they now stay in sync indefinitely when they are compared in
Mike's pacman implementation.
>From this short sequence:

it can be seen that the refresh address is also correct.
Mike's pacman can be found at:
http://www.fpgaarcade.com

It has also successfully been used in zxgate's Spectrum implementation.
A complete ZX Spectrum in one FPGA + ROM and RAM!
As well as in the ZX81, Jupiter ACE and TRS80 at:
http://zxgate.sourceforge.net

The 8080 mode has been completed and verified in Space Invaders (Also
at FPGA Arcade).

The only thing left now is to verify the the GBZ80 mode. Is anyone
interested in implementing a GameBoy?

Cheers,
Daniel Wallner
