[oc] Altera SOPC board.

Hi, Everyone,

I am trying to use aletra SOPC development board to implement NIOS. I 
downloaded the NIOS core into the board, but got no response. I am 
afraid the clock is not working. I used the 66Mhz clock on board 
(feeding into APEX U2 pin) and included a PLL in apex to divide the clock 
into 33.33Mhz, but it does not work.  Anyone has the similar experience 
or can help me?
