[oc] Want to get PathMill software

Hi, list:
  I want to get free version of Synopsys's PathMill,
because I want to use it for transistor-level static
timing analysis of full-chip. Is there anybody who
knows how to get? Coz I am not for business, just for
education and research.
  It has not been intergrated into Primetime, is it
right? why?
