[oc] Article: Printable 10um chips

People may be interested in an article, by MIT technology review,
about printable transistors. Such technology could have
implications for opencores (desktop chip production). The main
points of the article are:

* Their process is like a printing press using silicon ink on
a plastic film.
* Feature size is 10um (working circuit demonstrated)
* A vacuum chamber is still required (rules out a desktop unit?)
* First product (probably a display) is 2 years away
