Hi folks

for our openhardware project (www.dragonix.net) I'm looking for a SPI
communication controller that has a large FIFO structure (we will use it to
interface the MP3 decoder). Is there a core free available.

PS: Is there any MP3 decoder core available,  maybe something working
with cooperation of a uP such as the Motorola 68k family?
