	Yeah , single chip QPSK demodulator might be attempted but if it's
simple( subjective term and i can't comment on it :-)} it might not
usable. We can try by taking some specs like INTELSAT specs for QPSK
modems and try to attempt it , or we can plunge directly into Turbo TCM
modems ... ???
