[bluetooth] Some time

Hi guys,
Can you please give me some time to reply to you. I need ot review few things
and I really have many many things to do these days.
It will be better if you make a list of your blocks status and describe the
problems you have in each block.

Anyhow, I have uploaded a new release of the bluetooth core design document
please let me know what do you think?
