These *_ck2.bc are new type 2 kernels for Viking that will work with
the pxform frame routines.  Type 2 were required as the pxform does not
allow a time tolerance (defaults to zero).  They were expanded by Boris
over a two second interval.  

We need to get software from Boris so that we can apply this expansion to
the MDIM 2.0 kernels as well as voyager, clementine, and other type 1 kernels.
