Darkcurrent directory:
----------------------

The files nac_derived_dark_parameters* and wac_derived_dark_parameters*
contain dark parameters for the CISSCAL dark interpolation model, in standard 
binary XDR format. The files nac_median_dark_parameters* are the same, but
have had a median-window smoothing applied and are meant to be used along with
a bias distortion correction, contained in nac_bias_distortion.tab, applied to
the first 21 samples.

The directories darks* are where CISSCAL writes the dark image files derived 
from this model, with directories organized by time period matching that of 
the parameter file used. If no such directories currently exist, one will
be created the first time the interpolation dark model is used. Because 
of this, it is necessary that the user have write permission to the 
darkcurrent directory on the computer where CISSCAL is being run.
