This is a minimal i486-linux -> m68k-tos cross compiler, sufficient
for building the Atari bootstrap on Intel machines.

The archive includes only those headers and libs needed for the
bootstrap, so it's probably not very useful for compiling other
things. For that, you'd have to add the respective headers and libs in
/usr/local/m68k-tos/{include,lib}.

This is a new build of all binaries (compared to the last version of
the cross compiler suite), they're now all linked with libc6. (In the
last version, some binaries were still a.out, so they were updated
from libc4... :-)
