Fixes a bug where the gnome-power-manager tooltip may issue a warning that the battery discharge time is currently unknown when it actually is known. Also fixes a bug on some hardware where it takes about 15 seconds to adjust the display brightness after plugging/unplugging the AC. During that time, gnome-power-manager blocks making things like suspend unresponsive.
