  The programs now run under the name Bubbletools.
  Wrote a generic printer driver for both kind of printers.
  Added pbm/ppm decoder.
  All programs fold into one single executable.

  Ooops... Linefeed too short in lq version.

  Fix: Program does no longer choke on PBM/PPM bitmaps which have a
  width not dividable by eight.
  Still buggy: The linefeeds sent to Epson Stylus are too small.
