It all depends if you have a Zip ppa or a Zip PLUS Zip
plus needs imm.o and no ppa.o loaded.
You can get a imm.o (source) from Dave Campbells site
at
http://www.torque.net/~campbell/ppa/patch-imm-linux-2.0.35.gz.
Please also ensure that you have your BIOS parallel
port set up for JUST plain EPP.
Mine worked fine once I figured all this out
