The Fundamental Equations of Conformal Submersions

Abstract.

The purpose of this note is to establish the fundamental 
equations of a conformal submersion; they are the analogue of the fundamental 
equations of Riemannian submersions as found by B.\ O'Neill. Our method consists
in attaching to each class of conformal submersion a unique Riemannian submersion, 
then, by means of appropriate projectors, taking the conformal invariant 
components of its fundamental equations.
