How do I configure the Post-Paid function?

1.       In WEB GUI Advance/ Authentication, please select and enable the Built-in Authentication.

2.      Select the Post Paid mode. And set up the value of idle time out. It is designed for saving the usage time of subscribers. If a subscriber idle more than the time value setting here (no internet access traffic from the PC of subscriber), the system will automatically logout the subscriber. After that, subscribers need to login the system again with same user name/ password.

3.       Select and set up the account generator (Keypad). The detail setting please takes reference in the previous article which discusses the keypad accounting.

4.      Final step, configure the login page. In the G-4100, you can select the login page as Standard/ Redirect/ Advance/ Frame page. For more detail setting of those pages, please take reference in the user manual. Here, we define the login page as Standard one. (In Post Paid mode, the system does not support Credit Card service.)

What are the account/subscriber behaviors in Post-Paid mode?

6.        When the idle time of subscriber exceed the pre-define idle time, the subscriber will be automatically logout by the system. The subscriber needs to re-login again for Internet access.

7.      Finally, when the subscribers want to terminate or finish the account, they need to take the tickets to the hot spot operator. The hot spot operator needs to enter the*and SN number of the account and end with enter button on the keypad to finish or terminate the account, meantime the SP-200 will prints out the charge tickets for those accounts.
