check any transceiver(ex: PDIUSBP11A from Philips) details. u can get a rough idea of conversion. u can get impedance matching etc details from any hardware designer.

As U know ,in USB ,the data signals are differential signals.SO when I 
get the NRZI codes ,How to convert them to differential signals.
On the other hand ,How to convert the differential signals to pulse codes
