Hello everyone!

I had to change several things in pci bridge project according to OpenCores
coding guidelines:
- module and file names
- signal names in the pci_bridge32 module - names and case were changed
- crt application includes the above changes

I also added new synchronization to fifo control modules. It should be
better and more stable now.
If anyone has any problems with the new version, please let me know.
