Well, I dont do much win2k at this time, but I can tell you that you need to
have the DDK (Device Driver Kit) from microsoft and Walter Oney's book on
WDM (Windows Driver Model) will help a great deal. Given those two things,
If I recall correctly, there are some examples of drivers including
read/write configuration space on PCI that can be used as a model for
writing a new driver.

hello Sir

i am making one driver for pci bus and my intension is to read/write
configuration from pci devices and wanting to display it to console.
 driver is for PCI BUS and device independent. i also want to prob for pci
slots weather PCI card is plugged into it or not. if yes then reading
config space.

 i m using  c++ and platform is win2k.
 please help me out in this matter.
