[cdrom] OpenTech new release

Hi all,
The new release of OpenTech cdrom is going to be
delayed to the end of December 2000 because of the bad
situation and lot of killings in our country in the
last two weeks.

The new release will be made of two cdroms one for the
opensource EDA tools and the other for the open source
hardware designs and extra tools.

I am currently preparing a database for opentech
contents for easy browsing on the web and downloading
latest updates of the tools and designs.

Note: the current release is 1.0.1 which is the second
release.
