Issues with the "Dover" score - changes made in transcription.

1st Movement
Page 2 (bar 57) - viola part  spurious 'p'
Page 3 (bar 75) - viola part - mising 1/8 rest at beginning of bar
Page 5 and 6 (Bar 156-171 and 173-177) -  viola and cello parts - 
           a 'dot' is shown at the beginning of the bar. 
           It is assumed that this is a dot on the last note of 
           the previous bar.
           Also (bar 222) in violin 1 and 2.

3rd Movement
Page 15 (bar 15) - 1st violin - 1st note should be dotted
           (printed score shows undotted quarter note).


4th Movement
Page 19 (bar 56) - violin 1 - first four 1/8 notes are not sluured
Page 27 (bar 359) - violin 2 - 'fp' shown on score - to be consistent 
           it should be 'sfp'

o Selected MIDI | Duration, then scaled all notes to have 0 offsets 
  for start and end time

o Used articulation designer (double click on staccato) to change 
  Playback Settings: deleted "Lower note value" and set higher 
  to 75% instead of 40%

o Used Plugin TG-tools SmartPlayback to add trills to Layer4

Changes:
1. Concatonated the separate movement files into a single file
2. Edited out "artifacts" of the concatonation (features created 
   with the expression tool end up applying to all staffs, regardless 
   of the original definition).
3. Split the single file into separate part files.
4. Attempted to do reasonable pagebreaks on part files.
5. Reviewed the part files against the original score and the 
   four converted files that Goef returned for differences.
6. Made all page sizes letter - (8 1/2 X 11 inch)

Made the following changes to parts and consolidated score only:
Movement 1
m77 and 78 - First note in both bars should be 1/8 followed by 
       1/8 rest in Va and Vc
m101 - first four 1/16s should be slurred in Va
m105 - 1/8th-1/4th combination on beats 2-3 should be staccato in 
       Vl2,Va,Vc
m108 - First ending "top bracket" had a gap which was closed
m122 - dynamic marking of 'p' in Vc
       (Note: Vl2 and Va should probably be marked the same)
m153 - dynamic marking of 'f' in Vc
m222 - dynamic marking of 'p' in Vc
m223 - 'cresc' marking all parts at beginning of bar
m248 - first beat should be 1/8th note and 1/8th rest in Vc

Movement 2
m17 - dynamic marking in Vl2 is shown as 'sf' in score 
      changed to 'sfp' in Vl2 to be consistent with other parts
m34 - 'cresc' in Vc at beginning of bar
m46 - F-G double stop changed to G to match score in Vl1
m95 - dynamic marking of 'p' on first notes for Va and Vc
m136 - dynamic marking of 'pp' moved from m135 to match score
m150 - 'cresc' added in Vc at beginning of bar
m185 - 'f' marking in score, remains as 'sf' in Vl1 
        - different than score no change from Goef file

Movmement 3
m54 - dynamic marking 'p' on last note in Vl1 & vl2
