Note that 2.21.11 has a problem and a fix.  The fix is that files are
now reliably found.  The problem is that the bootloader does not reboot
properly, and it crashes inside reflash.  The work-around for the first
is to hold down the directional pad while resetting the machine.  After
you get the bootload screen, press the rightmost button to Boot from
FlashROM.  The work-around for the second is to use the copy command
instead of reflash.  "copy hda1:FILE root" does mostly the same thing
that reflash does, sans the MD5SUM check.
