FAT32 formatieren von Partitionen größer 40 GB unter Windows XP / VISTA - equo - 30.06.2009
Hallo Zusammen,
- da ich das Problemchen die Tage hatte und mir'n Wolf gesucht habe, hier ein Kommandozeilentool, das mein Problem mit dem Formatieren als FAT32 großer Partitionen / Festplatten (USB) (< 40 GB < 2 TB) sehr schnell und problemlos gemeistert hat (in meinem Falle 500 GB SATA in USB-Gehäuse):

einfach leere [USB]Festplatte (leer muss sie sein, sonst meckerts...)

h2format aus dem c't Downloadarchiv tut's auch.
Hab da beste Erfahrungen gesammelt.

... das hatte ich auch gesehen, aber das funzte bei mir auf magische Weise nicht...
:-( vielleicht hab ich mich blöd angestellt?
Ausserdem stand da was von "nur bis 200 GB" gestestet.
