Tutaj po polsku. (Polish version, contains more information).
General information
You may play with a computer or human player (but not through
the Internet).
Computer player doesn't play well, but it has won with
some beginners.

Rules of the game
General rules of Kropki are in Wikipedia:
http://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kropki_%28gra%29 (in Polish)
or
here in Russian.
The game is similar to Go.
However, to capture enemy dots it's enough that you surround them.
The group of dots is safe when it is connected with the boundary
of the board, then it cannot be surrounded. There are some
other differences, but
the rules are pretty easy (simpler than in Go), so you may just try!
